When do I pick up my items?
- Pick up on the week that the auction closes. (Shipping customers - see details below)

- Just come in, let us know your name, and we'll get your order. 😃
- (Please disregard the message: "We'll email you when your order is ready." We're still working on that feature.)
When is the deadline to pick up my items?
- Your items will remain available through the end of the week that the auction closed.
- After that date, the remaining items will be relisted on future auctions and will no longer be available for pickup. Restocking fees may be applied.
Where do I pick up?
- Pick up your items at your declared Preferred Pick-Up Location.
- Burley - 705 N Overland Ave (1 door to the south of The Haircut Spot)
- Lehi - 520 S 850 E #B7 (inside Sparkfish)

How do I pay?
- At the beginning of 2024, we began using Shopify as our payment-handling tool to improve our overall service. Due to this change, payments made through Shopify do not sync back to your Dutch Goat Auction account. You can view future transactions by downloading the Shop app.
- Each week, we'll email you an invoice. To pay, simply click the link in that email. 😀 (If you can't find it, it is likely in your Spam folder.)
- You can also download the Shop app to view your paid invoices. For a seamless transition, make sure to use the same email that is associated with your Dutch Goat account.
- We do not process payments on DutchGoat.com anymore.
- Here's a tip - to help you when you pay using a device for the 1st time. On your 1st payment, it'll ask for a 6-digit code (which will be sent to your email). Enter the code, then CLOSE the browser. Go back to the email and click the link again. Then you'll be all set.
Can my items be held for a few extra days?
- We only hold items through the end of the week that the auction closed. After that date, restocking fees will be applied to the remaining items, which will be relisted on future auctions and no longer available for pickup.
How do I change my Preferred Pick Up Location?
- Go to: https://www.dutchgoat.com/account/edit & log in
- Scroll down to "Preferred Pick-Up Location"
- Select one of the options from the drop-down menu
- There is a glitch in the software that will require you to retype your first name, last name, and company name (if you don't have a company, just enter any single letter or number).
- Click "Save" at the top of the page.
I'm a shipping customer. How does that work?
- Before you bid, please ensure that your "Preferred Pick Up Location" is set to "Shipping." (See above.)
- Please note that only some items on the auctions are eligible for shipping. When you log into the auction, please make sure to filter for "Shippable items."
- After the auction closes, shipping expenses will be added to your invoice as follows: $7 for the first item, and $3 for each additional item. Invoices will be emailed the day after the auction closes.
- Pay the invoice (via the link in the email) by the end of that week and we'll ship the items to you.
- Unpaid orders will be restocked and may result in restocking fees.
