Pickup Options: Most items are available for pickup in Burley or Lehi (large items may be Burley-only; see listings for details). Items not available for Lehi pickup will be clearly marked in the listing (typically large or oversized items).

• Shipping: Select items are Shipping Eligible and will be combined with any items won in the earlier auction. Shipping is $7 for the first item and $3 for each additional item.

• 10% buyer’s premium added to all winning bids.

• Preview available January 21-24 during business hours (see Preview section for details).

Estate, Rustic & Rare Finds Auction - Terms & Conditions

1. Auction Format:
   This is an internet-only auction. All bidding is conducted online. The auction will close on the specified date, with the first lots starting to close at 6:00 PM. Lots will close approximately every 5 seconds. This auction features a soft close, extending the closing time on a lot if a bid is placed within the final seconds.

2. Preview Availability:
   Customers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Previews are available at the Burley location during regular business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Tuesday - Friday). Additional photos or information can be requested for each lot.

3. Pickup Details:

   • Burley Pickup: Tuesday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

   • Lehi Pickup: Friday, 12:00 PM - 4:45 PM and Saturday, 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM

   • Items not available for Lehi pickup will be clearly marked in the listing.

   • All items must be picked up by the stated deadline. Unclaimed items may be forfeited without a refund and subject to a $10 restocking fee.

4. Shipping:
   Select items are Shipping Eligible and will be combined with items won in the earlier auction. Shipping is $7 for the first item and $3 for each additional item. Dutch Goat Auctions reserves the right to refuse to ship oversized or fragile items.

5. Payment Terms:

   • Invoices will be emailed within 24 hours of the auction closing.

   • Payment is due upon receipt and must be made before items are released.

   • Accepted payment methods: Cash, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Venmo, and PayPal.

   • Payment can be made in person during pickup or online.

   • Invalid payment methods may result in disqualification from future auctions.

6. Buyer's Premium:
   A 10% buyer’s premium is added to all winning bids. All sales are final with no returns.

7. Sales Tax:

   • 6% Idaho sales tax applies to all purchases picked up in Burley.

   • 7.25% Utah sales tax applies to purchases picked up in Lehi.

   • Sales tax also applies to shipped items.

   • Tax-exempt buyers must provide proper documentation before the auction ends.

8. Item Condition:

   • All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no guarantees.

   • Descriptions are believed accurate but are not guaranteed.

   • Bidding is a binding agreement; ask questions before bidding.

9. Non-Pickup/Relisting Policy:

   • Dutch Goat Auctions may charge a $10 restocking fee for items not picked up by the deadline.

   • Unclaimed items may be relisted or disposed of at Dutch Goat Auctions’ discretion.

10. Bidder Responsibility:
    By placing a bid, bidders signify they have examined the items to their satisfaction.

11. Auctioneer Rights:
    Dutch Goat Auctions reserves the right to reject any bid or bidder at its discretion. Lots may be removed at any time before the auction closes.

12. Return Policy:

    • No returns on consignment items. All sales are final.

    • Customers may choose to re-consign unwanted items in a future auction (standard consignment fees apply).

13. Dispute Resolution:
    Any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of Dutch Goat Auctions. All decisions are final.

• All items must be removed by the final pickup day. Items not collected by the deadline may be forfeited and subject to a $10 restocking fee.
• Customers are responsible for bringing necessary equipment and assistance for loading large or heavy items.
