Bid online or bid in person at the Fair. Sell order will be added Friday evening. Bids will be taken from both online and live at the show. If you are bidding online, you DO NOT need to also register for a bidder number at the fairgrounds. If you are the winning bidder online, you will be contacted within 2 hours of winning to specify which butcher to send your animal to, or if you want to send the animal to the market buyer. 

Contact information of the winning bidder will be provided to DL Evans bank at the close of the auction. DL Evans will handle all invoices and payments for the livestock auction. 

I, ("Buyer") hereby agree to pay the full purchase as established pursuant to UCA S70A-2-328, within thirty (30) days of the date of this auction to the Cassia County 4-H/FFA Market Animal Sale, ("Seller"). The full purchase price Buyer is responsible to pay may be reduced by the market rate of the animal(s) if the buyer gives proper written notice to the Seller, on a form approved by the Seller, of Buyer's desire to have the animal sold on the open market for the posted weight and price as decided in the discretion of the Seller.  Buyer hereby grants Seller a line on said animal for the full purchase price plus costs of collection and suit until said animal(s) is paid in full. Buyer understands that all risk of loss shall be borne entirely by Buyer when the sale is completed as defined pursuant to UCA S70A-2-328. In event Buyer defaults in its obligation, Buyer will be liable for Seller's cost of collection, including without limitation attorney’s fees , interest imposed at the maximum legal rate from the date of default, and court costs. Buyer hereby forever releases and discharges Seller for any defective animal, Buyer acknowledges that it was given full opportunity to inspect and view set animal before the auction. Buyer further releases Seller from any and all liability for the actions of said animal. Buyer understands that these animals have a tendency to be dangerous period Buyer further agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless for any injuries or damages arising from said purchased animal(s).

This is a Kill Only auction. All animals will be removed by Sunday and taken to the designated butcher.
